I saw Britain from above

I saw Britain from above; it was a charcoal landscape - a scorched land blackened by fire. This was not the fire of God, but from the fiery breath of dragons who have held the strongholds over the land.

There were some parts of the land that were not scorched, which where the places where there was water keeping it alive and protecting it from the fire.

This was the spiritual view of the land - a spiritually dry and scorched land where there was little water to bring it to life. But the Lord turns all things around!!

The scorching of the land simply made it fertile for new growth! This new life came in two ways; the first was by vines growing from the places that already had growth. As the vines went out they planted themselves in the fertile ground and then grew and planted in other places. The second was by seed being scattered.

And then came the rain.

Isaiah 58:11
"The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail."
