Creating Schools of Supranatural Life and Leadership

A Personal Statement of Vision:

Back in the 1980's I had the privilege of taking courses at the Fuller School of World Mission, in Pasadena, California. I went because John Wimber was teaching a course called "The Ministry of Healing and Word Evangelisation", but I had to take other courses too all of which have ended up shaping who I have become.

One of these courses, "An Introduction to Leadership Training by Extension" bought home to me who mass harvest is always sustained by a parallel expansion of leadership development in formats and forms that had to be far more flexible than traditional training forums. This will be true in the UK as in any other nation.

We have already seen the huge benefit of DVD curriculum of Bethel Churches, School of Supernatural Ministry. There are an increasing number of places you can be stretched and grown through this fantastic resource, I brought the curriculum into the Big Year course I developed at River Church. But DVD's on their own are not enough, they are an important component, but they are not the whole story.

We need to see developmental communities or centres spread by multiplications, communities of people who can use resources while they foster the development of those the Spirit connects them to as fathers, mothers and teachers.

To that end I am forming a Relationship of Ministries for people who want to be deliberate about their own growth, but also who will become involved in multiplying centres, locations and programmes around the UK and beyond that will nurture the apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists and pastors who are just getting saved now.
